Every team should provide their own assistant referee, who must have a minimum age of 18 years. There will be no toss. The team that is called out first chooses the goal, the other team takes the kick-off.
Half a competition will be played. The winner will be the team with the highest number of points. - the winner will be decided by the mutual result, otherwise - by the team with the highest number of scored goals, otherwise - by the goal differential. If the above does not lead to a definite decision, penalties (*) will be taken. In all matches that require a winner, penalties (*) will be taken if the score is a tie, in order to obtain a winning team. Therefore, there will be no prolongations, except for the final. This will be prolonged by 2 periods of 5 minutes.
* Penalties: - Penalties must be taken by 5 different players who were participating to the game at the end of the match. If, at the end of this range, no decision has been reached, the penalty kicks will be continued by players who have not taken a penalty yet; players will shoot alternately. A player cannot take a penalty kick for the second time unless all the players, including the goalkeeper, have taken their turn. - Substitutes are excluded.
Per match, each team is allowed to replace 5 field players and 1 goalkeeper by a substitute. Further substitution is not allowed. A player can only be replaced when the play is stopped and with the referee's permission.
In the case that two teams play in the same colour, the team that has been called out last should change their shirt. The clubs are asked to bring extra shirts.
- a player who receives a yellow card, will be excluded from the match for 5 minutes - a second yellow card leads to a red card and exclusion from the rest of the match and the first match thereafter - a red card leads to exclusion from the rest of the match and at least from the first match thereafter. Depending on the severity of the offence, the referee can, in consultation with the tournament committee, impose a more severe penalty.
8. Derogatory rules for the U12-youth - corner kicks: these are allowed to be taken on the 9.15 m line from the corner arc - goal kicks: the goalkeeper is allowed to take the goal kick from the 16 m line (from the ground)
9. Other provisions - MVC'19's management is not responsible for any loss and/or damage which occurs during, before and after the tournament - in case the above regulations do not suffice, the tournament committee will take the final decision.
